China Town is one of those places to go in London that’s perfect for clearing a creative block. Its (surprisingly) a real challenge to get good street shots here – the locals are EXCEPTIONALLY rude and confrontational – so you have to choose your moment, and be as subtle (and quick) as possible.
Its great for me, as it makes me work for the shot – on my timing and framing especially – but rewards are easily found in China Town. Its totally unlike any other part of London. Almost like you’re in another country entirely, especially at night…and rude people aside, there is plenty to be appreciative of. Not least the food….
